Coaching:

Our Coachees are either C-suite executives or young executives that our client companies have identified as High-Potential.

Coaching is focused on helping the executive deal with:

  • Stretch targets
  • Future decisions
  • Transitions, including promotions and expatriations

Augusto Carneiro received his Coach Credential in 2004 from the Hudson Institute in Santa Barbara Calif (accredited by the International Coaching Federation), to which he returned in 2013-2014 (after completing 3,000 hours of Coaching work) in order to complete the credits toward the Master Coach credential.

His focus is C-level executives and High-Potentials in clients like GE, Intel, Lubrizol, Schlumberger, Shell, Solvay, Philip Morris. He also does Pro Bono work at NGOs such as Doctors Without Borders, Recode, Instituto da Criança and Gastromotiva.

Our Coaching model is a hybrid of the Hudson Institute model with some Value Management tools (under the viewpoint of all stakeholders) added. The goal is for the executive to maximize both his/her personal Value and the Value of the company he/she is associated with, as perceived by all stakeholders. Because most executives have had at least some exposure to Value Management concepts and tools, this becomes a transparent language during the Coaching sessions.

In short, the purpose of Coaching is for the executive to lead a deliberate life.
