We present three candidates in writing on the 15th working day of the search. From that point on, the client will always have three candidates, meaning that whoever is signed off is replaced by another candidate. During the search, the client will receive a weekly report detailing everyone we’ve approached and the current status of each.
Starting with the Key Deliverables for the position, we benchmark how an Excellent professional performs them, as perceived by all the stakeholders. We understand that a Cultural convergence between the candidates and our client is fundamental for that person’s success there. Our exclusive methodology includes checking references, diplomas, English proficiency, and applying psychometric tests.
We will replace free of charge those candidates hired who are terminated for reasons of performance within one year.
